How to Dye Easter Eggs Using Silk Scraps:

    • Wrap raw white eggs in silk fabric, printed side facing the egg.
    • Wrap again in a plain white cloth. Secure both layers with a twist tie, elastic band, or rubber band.
    • Place wrapped eggs in a pot and cover with water.
    • Add 1/4 cup of white vinegar to the water.
    • Bring to a simmer and let cook for 20 minutes.
    • Remove eggs from the pot and let them cool.
    • Unwrap carefully to reveal the colorful designs.
    • For decoration only — do not eat dyed eggs.
